WHO WE ARE

Cru Culture is the brainchild of Victor Gallegos, Partner/GM and Director of Winemaking at cult Pinot Noir producer Sea Smoke for 22 years, prior to its acquisition by Constellation in 2024. Victor is a wine and beverage industry veteran, with a successful international track record in both small, boutique operations as well as in large multinational organizations. Victor draws on a roster of talented colleagues as needed.
